Vocational Training
Our vocational training programs support youth and adults with ASD and developmental differences in building the skills needed for meaningful employment and independence. Through hands-on learning, workplace readiness, and community partnerships, participants gain practical experience, confidence, and pathways toward future career opportunities.
Job Readiness Training
Our 16-week Job Readiness Training equips youth and adults with the practical skills and confidence needed to succeed in the workplace. We focus on resume building, interview practice, workplace communication, and on-the-job behaviors, preparing participants for meaningful employment and long-term independence.
Pre-Employment Skills Development Program
This is a 1-year in person program. We offer flexible package options of 3, or 5 days per week to accommodate individual needs and preferences. Participants can enroll in the program at the beginning of each quarter, i.e. January, April, July, October.
Ready to Work Program
This vocational skills-focused group is for Autistic teens ages 14-17 who want to prepare for entering the workforce. Participants will learn strategies for finding, earning, and keeping a job or volunteer opportunity.
